Personal data is processed to manage TKR-Marketing Oy’s customer relations and to provide information about products and services. For example, updating a safety data sheet or user manual or organisational changes.<\/p>\n

5. Data content of the register<\/h2>\n

The register may contain the following information:
\nName, company, telephone number and email address of the data subject.
\nInformation provided by the customer in relation to the management of the customer relationship.
\nData may be deleted at the request of the person concerned.<\/p>\n

6. Data sources for the register<\/h2>\n

The register consists of personal data provided by TKR-Marketing Oy’s customers and partners.<\/p>\n

7. Regular data disclosures and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n

We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by a Finnish authority.<\/p>\n

8. Principles of register protection<\/h2>\n

Personal data will be kept confidential. The data controller’s computer system and files are protected by security methods normally used in business. Access to the register for checking and editing is restricted to the staff of the controller.<\/p>\n

9. Right of inspection, prohibition and correction and its exercise<\/h2>\n

In accordance with the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to check what information concerning him or her has been stored in the register. The request for inspection must be sent in writing and by hand-signed letter. The request for rectification must also be made in writing and be specific.<\/p>\n
