Customer feedback has been positive without exception, with praise for the odourlessness and speed (drain out of service for 24 hours). TKR has been certified since the early 2000s for sewer repairs, which also covers all models of floor drains. The certificate was not renewed in 2020 when it came up for renewal. The wells are still done using the same method and the coating of the wells is also included as part of TKR’s waterproofing certification. When properly installed, the material warranty is up to 10 years and the life expectancy is 25 years. Building companies and property owners have saved thousands of euros annually by not having to demolish structures around floor drains.
